1. Nothing is permanent. Everything will change. Transience is permanent.
2. The moment you are living right now is everything. Not tomorrow, not next week and definately not next year leave aside next decade. You don't know if the next moment will change your life forever.
3. Value only those relationships who stood by you in your hardest time. The people I called friends didn't bother to call and know my well being. If you are not a priority in someone's life don't ever make them a priority.
4. Prioritise everything in your life in order of importance be it relations, work, friends.Nothing is more important that your peace.
5. Dedicate your time to your hobby. It is that one thing that'll keep out toxic things coming in your thoughts.
6. The most important thing is to live consciously. To be aware of the moment you are living. Stop worrying. I did this mistake and did it horribly. Being worried about nonsensical things will only drain you physically, mentally and emotionally.
7. Going through digital detox often will make you feel that life is slow and slow is good. Slow down. Not everything in life is about hustling and gigs and projects. It's okay to pause.
